I know you're going to see this and be like 'how strange'. Well...it would be, but it isn't, per se. 

I thought the light that shone on Luis was great, he wasn't creepy at all. Just a man trying to look for affection the way he would be comfortable with. The way he treated the guys or his "cats" was super sweet. They all seemed to generally get a long and it was pretty hot.

Goran was excellent. He was man enough to try and fix his mistakes with his family and make his own way. I liked that he kind of just said what was on his mind, even if it got him in trouble. I think that made him a great candidate to be in The Cattery, as cats just kind of do what they want anyways. The story itself though isn't just about the Cattery but the comradery and relationships that bloom within it. I didn't quite understand Cin's game, as it wasn't really a competition, but I think it helped Ollie into pushing him into a decision. 

I thought this story was sweet and a bit emotional and just plain fun. I liked all the guys, except Cin, of course. But I think my favorite was Clove :) I also kind of want to be a cat myself now. My heart broke a few times, especially for Goran towards the end there. To give up so much for someone to think they aren't going to return it. I will say it has a pretty sweet ending. 

I do wonder about Luis and if he will always keep up the roleplaying or will he one day find that one person for him. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I was a little apprehensive going into this book because I didn’t think that pet play was going to be for me.  I have seen documentaries on some various pet play and it kinda freaked me out…pony play anyone? Anyway, I now want to be a cat, not just any old cat but one of Louis’s cats. He really was a very sweet and loving master to his kitties.

Goran can’t hold his tongue to save his soul and I absolutely loved him for it. He was in a hard place in his life, and when he joined the cattery he thought all of his problems would be solved. I just don’t think he thought he was going to come up against one of his biggest problems yet….love.

Ollie’s story broke my heart. I feel like he was such a lost boy, all he really wanted was love. He just thought that the love he wanted was from Louis, not another cat.

I loved the dynamic between all the cats in the cattery. And I would really like to read more about them. Well except for Cin, he was a massive dick..lol.

I really hope you let the pet play behind this story scare you, because at the end of it all it’s about love.

This is by far my favorite one of this series. 

Jed and Ryder, to me, outshine Tooth and Luci. 

Maybe it's because I got a sneak peak from Swamp Blood, 

but they've wormed their way in regardless. 

Dana, Dana, Dana...

same cold hearted bitch we've come to know and hate,

 and love to hate. 

It only gets worse. 

I am still wondering what that beeyotch is up to. 

We still don't get to find out!! 

The wait is going kill me!! But, enough about her. 

Ryder

Jed

Deeply closeted Jed has a secret thing for his step-brother, Ryder. 

Bi-curious (but hasn't done anything about that yet) Ryder, has a deeply hidden thing for Jed as well. 

Some things go down and Ryder takes the fall for Jed,winding up in jail. 

Let's just say it was very eye opening for Ryder and brings his feelings for Jed into a new light. 

I adore how possessive and protective Ryder is to Jed. Not just as a "big brother". When he sees how he's failed Jed 

*ah-hem* " the bridge scene " ..

he vows then and there that he will do anything to protect him, even from himself, and right now, Jed's his own biggest enemy. 

 Ryder tries to balance too much on his shoulder. 

The club, his ex, Jed...

 That it all blows up in his face when an important deal goes bad (thanks Dana). I loved that this was such an underdog of a club. There were so many fuckups, but isn't that just human nature? It made the story that much better. 

After Jed blows his top, he's kind of forced to make a decision, and where Jed goes, Ryder goes. 

I loved this HEA, as they got to be free and happy and to do what they want when they want. 

This was probably the most emotionally involved Sex and Mayhem for me. 

Some of the scenes just shredded me, and I loved every minute of it.

Judge carefully scanned each document that was relevant to tracking someone. “I make no promises.”

“Of course not.” Day said drily. “you just make sure to bring my sniper back alive and you won’t have any beef out of me.”

Judge snapped back up, pulling his cane out of his mouth. “Excuse me.”

God grimaced and glared at Day. “I hadn’t exactly told him yet.” He whispered but Judge heard him loud and clear.

“Told me what, God?” Judge stood. “And it better not be what I think it is.”

“Judge. I need this guy in custody and I need it done quietly. So I want one of my guys to go with -”

“Hell no.” Judge backed up. “I don’t need any help you know that.”

“He’s not gonna be there to help you, he’s there to keep things quiet.”

“You think I need a goddamn do-gooder-baby-sitter, telling me how to do my fuckin’ job?”

“You know damn well I’m not saying that. I need assurance that this will keep kept quiet and I also know you wouldn’t be bothered with giving me updates.

Judge scoffed. “Quiet. You think I haven’t heard of these two.” He pointed to the two men that were introduced as Ruxs and Green. Now that he had a face to go with the names he knew who to point to. “These guys are the epitome of loud noise and ruckus.”

“Because that’s their job.”

“Fuck no.” Judge growled.

“You owe me, goddamnit!” God stood and came around the table to square off with him.  Bookem stood and growled but didn’t attack. He’d never do that without command. God ignored the warning and stood directly in front of him. “Now, I’m asking for my favor. Are you going to refuse me, Judge?”

Son of a -. Judge gritted his teeth. God knew he’d never go back on his word. God gave him a few minutes to stew in his anger. All eyes were on him, waiting. Reluctantly he asked, “Who is he?”

“Detective Austin Michaels.” God replied. His voice and demeanor looked as if he was proud to present this guy.

Judge rolled his eyes when he saw Detective Michaels stand up. Of course it had to be him. The sexiest one of them all. Shit.  When the man came over to glare at him, Judge had to be sure not to show his surprise or amusement. The little fucker. Actually he wasn’t so little. He was tall and built. Compact muscles over smooth ivory skin. No doubt he was as macho and straight as an arrow, those kinds usually were. Judge was eager to see how the man handled himself.

Michaels was an amazing surprise. Not only did you get a power top alpha, you got an even better power bottom. He could flip it like I have NEVER seen before.

I’m telling you..AH-MAZING.

The first few chapters, AE had me guessing. I was like, “OH there’s the other MC, nope…it’s just Furi.”

“Ohhhh, a sexy boxer?, NOPE, just some d-bag” LOL I was so anxious to get to Judge it was unreal.

But oooh, when he shows up… SA-WOOOOON!!!!!!!!! He was just… dark, sexy, holy sh!t alpha hot, & broody. I love a mature character, and the fact that he was in his 40’s and slightly gray was a super huge plus. The fact that his partner is a giant great dane? *stick a fork in me* I’m DONE!

This is one of those books that I will have on my brain well after I have finished reading it.

The name of this book is Don't Judge, but the irony is all I could think was yes, Judge, yes.  Hot DaYum this book is like Calgon and it took me AWAY!!!  If she keeps pulling these awesome Alpha males out of her magical hat like little fluffy bunnies, our bank accounts will be doomed (in the best way). 

 This book is like staring over the Serengeti and watching two alpha lions fight for dominance.  Just thinking about Austin and Judge together gets me all tingly inside.
